During my Easter stay, I really liked the friendly and efficient check-in process. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and made me feel at home right away. the clean and comfortable room offered a great view of the runway, which was a unique and exciting feature. Being able to watch take-offs and landings was a memorable experience that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The only downside was the issue with smoke coming into my room from a neighboring guest who was constantly smoking out of their window. This was quite bothersome and affected the overall comfort of my stay.

The rate for the room was very nice, but it does not include breakfast. It was close to the location, where i had a business conference. The rooms are quite large. The staff is nice and helpfull.

The room was clean, but it did not smell good. There is no markets or restaurants nearby so you have to either use a taxi, which is expensive or go by bus, which leaves only once an hour. If you dont come by car, as i did, youre pretty much on your own. The hotel food does not reflect the quality which i would expect for its price and there are not alot of choices for vegetarians.

The hotel staff are very nice. And I liked that their place is right outside the airport, very convenient for those who are traveling.

The bed and pillow that they have is not comfortable at all.

Great proximity to airport and shuttle service offered. the breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh. the facilities looked modern and in good condition.

The room was dirty upon arrival and the staff was not accommodating when issues were reported. the shower had low water pressure and it was difficult to adjust the temperature.

Great customer service, early breakfast arrangement, clean rooms, soft beds.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with the reception staff going out of their way to accommodate our early breakfast request. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's convenient location to the Aachen airport made our early morning flight stress-free.

the only reason to book this hotel is its location to the airport, if it was in anyother location you would find another place. it serves a purpose but needs replacing idealy in the same position.

Convenient location to the airport as we were stuck at Maastrict overnight... The lady whom checked us in was very helpful and provided good information for traveling the next day.

This Hotel is old and is in desperate need of upgrade. The TV was broken and the even know there was a no smoking sign the room smelled of stale cigarettes.
